Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Ammora Entertainment, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are permitted for our entertainment services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total fee) is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit covers planning, artist reservation, and administrative costs.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Cancellation by Client
If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the client, the following refund structure applies:

More than 30 days before the event:
50% of the total deposit may be refunded (minus admin and preparation fees).
15 to 30 days before the event:
No refund of the deposit. Balance payment (if already paid) may be refunded upon review.

Less than 14 days before the event:
Full fee is payable and no refund will be issued. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure (see Section 4).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

3. Changes or Postponements
If you request to reschedule the event, we will do our best to accommodate the new date without additional charges, depending on artist availability.
If we are unable to reschedule due to conflicts or short notice, the cancellation policy above will apply.


4. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, war, or acts of God), the booking may be:

Postponed without penalty, if both parties agree on a new date, or
Cancelled, in which case we will assess possible partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, minus any costs already incurred.


5. Cancellation by Ammora Entertainment
If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., performer illness, emergency), we will:

Offer a suitable replacement of equal quality (subject to client approval), or
Refund 100% of all amounts paid if no suitable alternative is found.
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and professional outcome for all events.
