A legal disclaimer

1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Ammora Entertainment LLC, a UAE-based entertainment agency. By confirming a booking with us, the client agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Services
Ammora Entertainment offers talent booking, live performances, show concepts, entertainment consulting, and related services for private and corporate events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written email confirmation by the client, along with any required deposit.

4. Fees & Payment
A deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due no later than 5 working days prior to the event, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer, Stripe, or any method approved by Ammora Entertainment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event: 50% of the deposit may be refunded (subject to admin and preparation fees).
Cancellations within 14 days of the event: the full fee may be charged.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary event details, technical requirements, and access information at least 7 days prior to the event.
The client is responsible for providing adequate stage, sound, and lighting unless otherwise arranged through Ammora Entertainment.
Meals, water, and appropriate resting space must be provided for performers where applicable.

7. Changes to Booking
Changes to the time, location, or nature of the event must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees or adjustments.

8. Performance Conditions
Artists reserve the right to stop a performance if safety is compromised or if terms of the agreement are violated.
The client may not request artists to perform beyond agreed times without prior arrangement and compensation.

9. Intellectual Property
All branding, media, logos, and show concepts provided by Ammora Entertainment remain the intellectual property of the agency or respective artists unless explicitly transferred.

10. Liability
Ammora Entertainment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during an event, except in cases of proven negligence. Liability for third-party vendors or venues lies with the client.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
